One of  the Playstation 4’s launch games is Killzone Shadowfall. This game is a first person shooter, this is one of Sony’s famous franchises. However, unlike its predecessors this is a new type of Killzone. Visually, the game is stunning. The game is more of a technical tester to the power of the Playstation 4. The game uses the controller’s touch pad, wherein the player summons an electronic owl that provides assistance in battle. The owl can be used in stealth gameplay as well. For Killzone fans they will certainly love this game.

In its own way, Killzone has fun mechanics but it doesn’t revolutionize gaming, it’s just like your ordinary shooter. The story’s not that special and sometimes the AI of the game can become quite the annoying. Killzone brings nothing new but it’s not that bad of a game. Its visuals and graphical power is its strength, showcasing the capabilities and strengths of the Playstation 4’s GPU. Killzone’s difficulty level may vary depending on the skill of the player. As the game progresses, the player will encounter more stronger enemies and difficult environment mishaps, whether it’s through the sky or on land, the game tests the players skills. The aforementioned OWL is slick and it really feels that you’re in a futuristic world.

Playing Killzone Shadowfall is mostly a fun and satisfying experience. There are a lot of things happening in the game, environments collapsing, enemies shooting at you from left to right. The game’s intense and at the same time calm when you’re inside warehouses and abandoned buildings. If you love shooter games, you will definitely have a great time with Killzone Shadowfall. Shadowfall’s roster of locations and sights are pleasantly diverse. You won’t  feel that a certain area is copy pasted or something. Clearly, the developers of the game did a swell job in creating the world of Shadowfall. The world is well made and eye candy. Aside from its  visual prowess, the game’s controls are smooth as butter. The Dualshock 4’s controls are perfect, you’ll notice that the triggers now are much more better than its predecessor. Shooting games aren’t that awkward anymore compared to the last generation. If you want to dive into the world of Killzone Shadowfall, then check this game out. For a launch game, it’s decent and for older fans of the series, be prepared for something new.

Playstation 4 has finally hit stores. Launched in November 15, 2013, Playstation 4 was able to hit stores in the United States, and after a few weeks worldwide. It had one million units sold in just 24 hours. This just shows that Sony was indeed number one in the gaming community. Playstation fans rejoice, as most of them finally got their hands on this new console. As of December 28, 2013, Sony was able to sell 4.2million PS4’s worldwide. These numbers are huge and clearly they beat Microsoft’s Xbox One console. The PS4 is more powerful than the Xbox one, not only in graphics and specs, but also in the numbers of sale. Sony’s new problem is that they don’t have enough PS4 to sell, they need to produce more PS4’s. This is really insane, and because of this, you won’t find any PS4 in the local stores today, and if you do find one, it’s hard to find. Sony wasn’t able to predict this, hence, the unit is sold out in most retail stores. Truly, this is a huge success for Sony. Indeed the PS4 has arrived, and it’s safe to say that it’s going to be this generation’s winner console if it keeps on doing what it’s doing. The Playstation 4 is purely dedicated for gamers and not some lame console like the Xbox one, which focuses on TV and games. Playstation 4 is for the gamer and Sony is smart enough to focus on the gamer alone. These statements may be surprising but after the “wrong moves” that Xbox made with its DRM issues before, the PS4 chooses to fight back its competitor, of which lead Microsoft in changing their restrictive and dumb policies.

The Playstation 4’s design is awesome. It’s slim and sexy, it has a parallelogram shape, it really looks slick. This is opposite with the Xbox One, the Xbox One looks like an old VCR and is very bulky. Xbox one’s look is really ugly especially if you compare it with the PS4. So far, it’s safe to say that the PS4 is the best option if you really are a gamer. Playstation 4 has always been better not only in power but its overall design and price tag. The Playstation 4 costs around $399 while the Xbox One costs around $499. If you’re a hardcore gamer and you love to focus on games and not TV, then the Playstation 4 is for you.

Although the launch titles for PS4 on the exclusive side were just good but not that amazing, great titles for the PS4 will come in the coming months. Playstation exclusive franchises like Uncharted and God of War are only some of the great games that you’ll only get to experience on PS4. Playstation 4 sales says it all. However, Sony did get some complaints of defective PS4’s but the complaints were understandable and in terms of the overall scale of units launch it was a .4% problem. This means that the chances of you grabbing a defective PS4 would be slim. There are a lot of Playstation gamers out there, the new controller also got a lot of good feedbacks from gamers. Sony’s new Dual Shock 4 was well received by gamers. Clearly, the controller was an overall improvement than its predecessors. There’s a comfy grip into it. So far, the Playstation 4 is impressive. It’s a well engineered piece of hardware dedicated and made for gamers. Pure hardcore gamers will really have a good time with the PS4. It’s just a matter of time that Sony will get more games for this awesome consoles. Only time will tell, so if you’re only getting once console this year, then better go for the Playstation 4. You won’t regret that, not by a long shot.

Wi-fi internet access is indeed imperative in coffee shops. So, this “necessity” isn’t absent in Starbucks as well. People love to surf the internet as they relax and have coffee. Starbucks also sell ice cream and iced coffee in grocery stores, this is a good approach since teenagers love ice cream too. With the upcoming releases of both Playstation 4 and Xbox One drawing near next week, recent data shows that the Playstation 4 is taking the lead. It seems that Sony has the upper hand for now. For gamers waiting for the next generation of consoles, we are almost there, so be more excited. Sony’s PlayStation 4 launch is just a week away on Nov. 15 and Microsoft’s Xbox One launches a week after on Nov. 22. In early buzz, more people are talking about Sony’s new entry. Almost everybody is excited for the Playstation 4.

In the US and Canada, every PS4 box will contain a special promotional voucher that can be redeemed for a 30 day free PlayStation Plus membership trial, a 30-day free Music Unlimited service trial, and a $10 Sony Entertainment Network wallet credit for the PlayStation Store. According to Sony, early adopters will be able to experience everything PlayStation Plus for PS4 has to offer and access millions of songs through Music Unlimited starting at midnight on November 15th when the PlayStation 4 launches in the United States and Canada. Additionally, the $10 PlayStation Store credit can be used towards anything for sale in the store including PS4 launch titles. Unfortunately, the PlayStation Plus trial is available to new subscribers only.

Playstation 4 is really worth your money. When PlayStation was blowing Xbox out of the water, the percentage of ‘undecided shoppers’ among those discussing the consoles has soared, from 17.1% this summer to 28.4% by Oct. 30. Unfortunately, Microsoft has recovered in the tone of its buzz, from twice as many negative mentions in Aug. to a level playing field going into the month of launch. A deeper dive into the social numbers by enterprise software company SDL also shows Microsoft may quietly outperform its rival. SDL uses a “product commitment score” to rank shoppers’ intent to purchase and interest in one brand using algorithms that search millions of Web sources for keywords that actually demonstrate purchase intent. People at comparable points in the buying process will tend to say similar things .

Will Xbox One really learn from its mistakes? Well, we will know soon enough. Having competition is always welcome because it makes each company strive harder to bring quality games and services to their customers. The Xbox 360 outsold PS3 last year, but still a lead that goes against what you’d expect based on the relative amount of social buzz for each console so far. The Playstation 3 didn’t have a good start but at the end it seems to have better exclusive games compared to the Xbox 360.

Sony could also benefit from fresher advertising, as its main television campaigns for PlayStation have run for weeks, and its embracing of ‘the gamer’ means it could also make up ground in non-gaming retail locations like big box stores. In this time of the year, where there are new consoles launching, it is indeed a love letter to all gamers all over the world. Who will win this generation? We will know soon enough, at the end of the day, it’s all about games.

Warren Buffet – one of the richest people in the world, has come to an age of success. He was deemed among the wealthiest people in 2008 and third richest guy in 2011. People perceive buffet as the “big man” when it comes to business matters. At a young age of 22, he visited Lorimer Davidson in Washington. There, the two discussed insurance business for hours and hours, then after that Davidson was astonished by Buffet. He even said that he was an extra ordinary person after he had spoken to him in just fifteen minutes. He knew that this guy had talent in the business world.

Buffet became a millionaire in 1962 because of his business partnerships. He also created a manufacturing firm and begin to buy shares to other companies. This didn’t stop and he managed to even “fire” the owner of the company. Buffet continued to buy shares and in 1965 he was able to purchase Berkshire and had a capital of $19 per share. His witty mind and highly sophisticated decision making coined him as a man of brilliance and strategy. Buffet became a billionaire when Berkshire began selling class A shares in the early 90’s.

Being rich is something but being a talented rich guy is indeed something else. Warren Buffet proved to everyone that he is indeed a guy that has a mind of a thinker. Buffet also is an avid player of bridge, it’s a 52 card deck game. It’s a trick taking game, you must have a good strategy. Business people are “good” in these type of games, because of they are good in analyzing things. A trait of a good business man is his ability to look beyond and analyze what lies ahead (business oriented). Buffet also invested in the coal business and it broadened his knowledge and wealth.

Buffet also participated in politics. Buffett endorsed Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. He was a strong supporter for Obama’s campaign back then. He always supported Barack Obama against John McCain’s view on social justice. When it comes to politics Buffet is not backing down to any challenge. Many people wrote about buffet as well. These books are best sellers, Buffet didn’t mind people writing about him. He is very vocal about the things that he deemed right especially when it comes to business related topics.

He is also known as a philanthropist. He is aware that he has enough money to spend everything on material pleasure, but he chooses not too. In a quoted interview here’s what Buffet said:

“I don’t have a problem with guilt about money. The way I see it is that my money represents an enormous number of claim checks on society. It’s like I have these little pieces of paper that I can turn into consumption. If I wanted to, I could hire 10,000 people to do nothing but paint my picture every day for the rest of my life. And the GDP would go up. But the utility of the product would be zilch, and I would be keeping those 10,000 people from doing AIDS research, or teaching, or nursing. I don’t do that though. I don’t use very many of those claim checks. There’s nothing material I want very much. And I’m going to give virtually all of those claim checks to charity when my wife and I die.”

Warren Buffet is a great guy who values wealth, health and progress. Being one of the most richest people worldwide isn’t just a name for show. Things fall into place and Warren Buffet at the age of 83 still never fails to astonish and help people. We know he’s not perfect but at least shares his brilliance to society. He gives inspiration to young businessmen and is an example to them.

Bill Gates, formally the richest man in the world, is also known as a great philanthropist. He’s also known as the founder of Microsoft. Bill Gates was a drop out of school, specifically Harvard. After reading the January 1975 issue of Popular Electronics that demonstrated the Altair 8800, Gates contacted Micro Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems (MITS), the creators of the new microcomputer, to inform them that he and others were working on a BASIC interpreter for the platform. In reality, Gates and Allen did not have an Altair and had not written code for it; they merely wanted to gauge MITS’s interest. MITS president Ed Roberts agreed to meet them for a demo, and over the course of a few weeks they developed an Altair emulator that ran on a minicomputer, and then the BASIC interpreter.

Demos at MITS’s offices in Albuquerque was a success and they had a deal with MITS to distribute the interpreter as Altair BASIC. Paul Allen was hired into MITS, and Gates took a leave of absence from Harvard to work with Allen at MITS in Albuquerque in November 1975. They named their partnership “Micro-Soft” and had their first office located in Albuquerque. Within a year, the hyphen was dropped, and on November 26, 1976, the trade name “Microsoft” was registered with the Office of the Secretary of the State of New Mexico. Gates never returned to Harvard to complete his studies.

Gates began to appreciate the expectations others had of him when public opinion mounted suggesting that he could give more of his wealth to charity. Gates studied the work of Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller, and in 1994 sold some of his Microsoft stock to create the William H. Gates Foundation.  Gates and his wife combined three family foundations into one and they created a charitable Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which is the largest operated charitable foundation worldwide.

The foundation allows benefactors access to information regarding how its money is being spent, unlike other major charitable organizations such as the Welcome Trust. The generosity and extensive philanthropy of David Rockefeller has been credited as a major influence. Gates and his father met with Rockefeller several times, and modeled their giving in part on the Rockefeller family’s philanthropic focus, namely those global problems that are ignored by governments and other organizations. As of 2007, Bill and Melinda Gates were the second-most generous philanthropists in America, having given over $28 billion to charity, the couple plan to eventually donate 95% of their wealth to charity.

Bill Gates is known for his Philanthropy and riches. Indeed, this is a lesson, a lesson that says, “if we work hard, then we will succeed in life. Bill Gates proved that a school “drop out” can literally be the richest man in the world if he applies skill, hard work and talent all together. The brilliance of his achievements are admirable and indeed a stroke of “genius”. Time magazine named Gates one of the 100 people who most influenced the 20th century, as well as one of the 100 most influential people of 2004, 2005, and 2006. 

Carlos Slim is a Mexican business magnate, investor, and philanthropist. Known as currently the richest man in the world. Carlos Slim has a witty mind and a true businessman. Today, Slim is the chairman America Movil. His money as of June 2013 is at US$66.8 billion. He is the world’s richest man and has beaten Bill Gates, he holds the record of the most wealthiest person worldwide. His extensive knowledge in the business world made him number one. His assets are unbelievable and his business ability skills are admirable.

He had humble beginnings, but in 1972 Carlos Slim had established or acquired a further seven businesses in these categories, including one which rented construction equipment. By 1976. he branched out by buying a 60% interest in a printing business. In 1980, he consolidated his business interests and he formed the Grupo Galas as the parent company of a conglomerate that had interests in industry, construction,mining, retail, food, and tobacco.

The Mexican economy in 1982, relied on oil exports, contracted rapidly as the price of oil fell and interest rates rose worldwide. Banks and other businesses were nationalized, crippled or collapsed and the peso was devalued. However, during 1985 Carlos Slim started to invest again. With his growing investments, he’s able to make himslef more richer everyday. Being business minded and having the right “perspective” is really imperative to be successful. Carlos Slim’s ability to “foresee” is also one of the reasons of his success.

He bought outright, or a large percentage of, numerous Mexican businesses, including Reynolds Aluminio, General Popo (General Tire’s trading name in Mexico), Bimex hotels and Sanborns, a food retailer. He also acquired a 40% interest in the Mexican arms of British American Tobacco and 50% of that of The Hershey Company. He moved into financial services and made profits. His money grew and evidently invested in huge businesses.  The tobacco business was a very profitable move for him too. 

Carlos slim was also recognized by Guinness World Records as having the most participants of any such tournament in the world, a record which it extended in 2008. A lot of people were astonished, being in the book of records is indeed a huge achievement. Carlos Slim was also known as a man of thinker, he thinks ahead. Maybe that’s the  reason why he knows a lot about business. Being successful in business is indeed a huge victory.

Slim was mentioned in Forbes’ World’s Biggest Givers after donating $4 billion to his foundation. He wants to help in any way he can to others who are in need. Indeed, it’s a very admirable move, well, as all “rich people” are fond of doing. Carlos Slim is not only one of the richest people, he is also a philanthropist. A lot of medical researches were funded because of these rich people. It helps people all around the world. Carlos Slim, is one of those people who truly helped not only in his area of responsibility but he helped the whole world. A businessman and a Philanthropist, that he is.
