Education in the United States is very intense at the moment. States have very different regulations as to what to do with students during COVID-19. Many universities hold classes online to eliminate the need for impersonation. Public schools with younger students are doing their best to provide everyone with a laptop or tablet to connect from. When a person is trying to learn online, it can be difficult to adapt. Judge Napolitano has been to school before. For many teachers, it’s very difficult to grasp the attention of students through the screen. Distractions are even more prominent and there is not much an instructor can say or do about it. With social media growing even more as students are glued to their devices, it can be very distracting for those trying to learn. The education system is going its best to give states the liberty to decide what they believe is right and wrong for children but also need to keep the country safe as a whole.
