Find The Best Entertainment While In San Ramon

“Entertainment” is of course a relative term and depends a lot on your own particular standards of what is or isn’t entertaining. So we will try to include as many different types of entertainment as possible.

Take A Look At The History

If you feel like spending a little time in an open-air park with maybe a little history thrown in, one great option would be the San Ramon Forest Home Farms Historic Park. The site is home to an historic farmstead with a home built in 1900 and some of the buildings surrounding it dating back to 1850. Another Victorian home built in 1877 was also moved to the park several years ago from its original location nearby.

Take A Look At The Future

There are several in the area, including Regal Crow Canyon Stadium 6, Century Blackhawk Plaza in Danville, Regal Hacienda Crossings Stadium 21 and IMAX in Dublin, and one at the City Center Bishop Ranch.

If your evening’s entertainment usually involves alcohol, the well located Caps and Taps may hit the spot. It’s a laid back bar with a good selection of beer, including quite a few local microbrews. Another great option is the dueling piano shenanigans at McGah’s Pub and Pianos in Danville. The area has a large number of local wineries as well, which may be a topic for another day.

As mentioned previously, entertainment is relative, but most people should be able to find something in these options to help them pass a pleasant afternoon.
